Withdrawal from the Contract

Have you purchased goods from us that you do not like? In the event that such a situation occurs, we have also legally regulated this.

If you only want to exchange the goods, please contact us by email (info@rackito.com) and we will agree on the goods to be exchanged. Then send the goods for exchange to Vingo s.r.o., Heydukova 349, 38601 Strakonice. After receiving and inspecting the package, we will promptly send you the new goods.

If you want to withdraw from the contract, this is legally possible within 14 days of receiving the goods. It is possible to agree on an extension of this period and also to withdraw from the contract after this period – an agreement is required here.
Always inform us about exercising your right of withdrawal and arrange details such as a refund (preferably by email to info@rackito.com). Pack the goods and send them to Vingo s.r.o., Heydukova 349, 38601 Strakonice. After receiving the goods, we will process everything and refund you the amount according to the previous agreement.
